1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
Once an order is complete, it will be processed and packed, and will be handed over to our shipping company. The order will take between 2-7 working days after the order is placed.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Once the shipping company has collected your package and issued a tracking number, you will be notified via email with your tracking details. We outsource our shipping to Fastway Couriers.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your location within South Africa. Delivery fees range between R85 and R120. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address and the value of the items that you have ordered. We offer free delivery for orders over R1200, and from time to time we may offer free delivery coupon discount codes.
To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
