Is your site secure for online purchases?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website.  The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Additionally, all payments are directed through Payfast; a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites which enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.

How do I pay?

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Diners Club, or payment on delivery.

Can I collect my order in-store?

Absolutely. Upon checkout, once you have inputted your billing address, our software will detect if your order is eligible for in-store pickup. If so, you will be able to select the “local pickup” option, and your order will be ready for pick-up the next business day following payment.

What does delivery cost?

In general, delivery fees are between R70 and R105. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address and the items that you have ordered. We offer free delivery for orders over R1000, and from time to time we may offer free delivery coupon discount codes.

Do you deliver outside of SA?

Unfortunately not at this stage.

When will i receive my order?

Once an order is complete, it will be processed and will take between 2-7 working days depending on location.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We try to offer convenience at every step of our process, and this is why we also offer gift wrapping options at a product level. When adding a product to your cart, select the “gift wrapping” option and we will package your item accordingly.

If you would like to have all the items in your cart gift wrapped, please select that option on any one product in your cart.

You can select to have a personalised note added to your package at no extra charge.

Can I return products?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The products must be returned to us un-opened, and in their original packaging in order for a refund to be processed. All returns and refunds will be in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
