The MÜHLE CLASSIC shaving brush in black is a tribute to the beginnings of shaving culture, with a traditional, slightly bulbous handle in high-grade resin that has barely changed because it didn’t need to.

The Brush Head – Silvertip Fibre®

MÜHLE’s premium synthetic fibre, handmade to be soft at the tip and firm at the base, so it massages the skin as it lathers. It builds a rich, creamy lather from very little soap or cream, dries quickly and is fully vegan. Since 2024 the fibre contains 37% renewable raw materials and takes 30% less energy to produce.

The Handle – High-Grade Resin

A classic, slightly bulbous shape in black high-grade resin, weighted and balanced for a secure grip. The large (23 mm) knot gives a fuller, more generous brush for those who like to lather on the face.

How to Use

Run the brush under warm water and shake out the excess; synthetic fibre doesn’t need soaking. Swirl it over shaving soap to load it, or work cream in a bowl, then build a dense lather in small circular movements directly on the face. The circular motion lifts the beard hairs and preps the skin for the blade. After shaving, rinse the brush thoroughly under lukewarm water, shake it out and leave it to dry in an airy spot, ideally hanging head-down on a holder.
